Each character’s gear, stats and build are in the Gear Planner.
If the game closes every time a character logs in, close the game, wait two minutes, then press UNSTUCK beside that character. It moves the character to its inn, or to its starting city if the inn cannot be used, so you log in somewhere new. It works only while the game is closed, once an hour for each character and three times a day for the account. It does not fix what made the game close.
FRIENDS
Refer a Friend
Refer a Friend is not open yet. When it opens, your invite link will be here.
Send this link to a friend who has not played here. They open it, create an account, and the two of you are linked from the first moment. The friend’s account has to be brand new, and the link can only be made when they sign up.

A new link replaces the old code for new sign-ups. It can be made once a day; friends already linked stay linked.
YOUR FRIENDS
Up to 5 friends count towards rewards. Each one is shown only by number and by how far along they are.
Once you and your friend are linked, you both log out and back in once to start the bonuses. Your own bonuses begin at your next login. Rewards arrive in game: type .refer in the chat to see what is waiting.
PRIVACY
Logs and Rankings
Hidden characters are left out of the Mythic+ score board and the rankings. On the group leaderboards and in other players’ reports they show only as ‘Hidden <spec>’, with no name or link, and they have no character page for others, and their gear and guild in run reports are hidden. You still see everything.
SECURITY
Change Password
Changing it logs out every other browser and device. The game uses the same password.

Password reset links go to this address, so keep it one you can read.
TOOLKIT
Get the Launcher
The launcher is the whole setup: one download that connects you to the realm and keeps itself up to date, so you only download it once. It installs the game and checks every file.
COMMUNITY
Discord
Where the people who run the realm actually are. Ask what is working before you install anything, report what is not, and find the others who have already done the setup.
