Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

Conquest Reborn is a free, non-commercial game realm run by volunteers. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple: we run a server and you play on it.

The short version. Free to play, with nothing sold for real money. Play fairly. We cannot promise the realm will always be up. We take nightly backups; restoring one can lose recent progress. Either of us can walk away at any time.

Your account

Playing fairly

Things that will get an account suspended, with no great ceremony about it:

We will use judgement rather than a rulebook, and we would rather talk to you than ban you. There is no appeals process; open a ticket from the Help menu and tell us what happened.

Refer a Friend is for bringing a real friend who has not played here. Its rewards may be withheld, or taken back, if we think it is being abused. To check, we may compare linked accounts by their login address and their email address. Sharing a home or a computer with a friend is fine; it can make the milestones take longer to reach.

What we do not promise

This is offered as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Specifically:

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using this service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

The game client

Conquest Reborn runs on the World of Warcraft client. That software, its data and its artwork belong to Blizzard Entertainment; the custom client additions belong to their authors. We claim none of it, and this project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blizzard Entertainment.

Our launcher installs the game, checks its files against the copy we publish, connects you to the realm and keeps itself up to date. Only a client that matches that published copy is accepted.

Ending things

You can stop at any time, and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy for how. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. See the Realm rules for what that covers. We may shut the realm down entirely; if we do, we will say so on the news page and the changelog rather than simply disappearing.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the news page and the changelog.
