Realm status

Is the realm up right now, and how has it done over the last 30 days? A break of up to 15 minutes counts as a restart. Anything longer is an outage. Times are shown in your own time zone.

Last 30 days

The big number is the share of known time the service was not in an outage. Restarts do not lower it. Each square below is one day, oldest first, with today on the right. Days are UTC days.

  • No restart, no outage
  • Restarts only
  • An outage
  • No readings

      Restart times

Updates go live at three fixed times a day, when one is ready: the restart countdown starts at 13:00, 18:30 and 23:30 Amsterdam time. With players online the countdown gives them time to finish first, so the restart itself can come several minutes after the listed time. The restart usually takes under a minute. Because the times follow the Amsterdam clock, the UTC times move by one hour twice a year.

      Amsterdam clockCountdown starts at (UTC)
Summer time (CEST)Last Sunday of March to last Sunday of October11:00, 16:30 and 21:30
Winter time (CET)Last Sunday of October to last Sunday of March12:00, 17:30 and 22:30

The clocks change on the last Sunday of March and of October, for example on 25 Oct 2026: the UTC times move by one hour on that day.

      Recent incidents

Newest first, up to 50. When there are many restarts, every outage is kept and the newest restarts fill the rest of the list. Hover a time to see it in UTC.

        How we count

        • Every 30 seconds a small program on the realm machine tries to connect to the realm's port and to the login server's port. If the connection is accepted, the service counts as up for those 30 seconds. A refused or timed-out connection is tried once more a second later before it is written down.
        • A break of up to 15 minutes counts as a restart and does not lower the percentage. A longer break is an outage and does.
        • Time we have no reading for is shown as unknown and is not counted either way, for example while the counting program itself was restarted. The exception is a restart of the whole machine that does the counting: the time between its last reading and the first one after it comes back is recorded as down, so a machine that was off for an hour shows as an outage.
        • The percentage is rounded down, never up, so 100% means no outage in the time we have readings for. The number of minutes with no reading is shown next to it. The percentage appears after one full day of readings, and counting starts when recording began.
        • Readings are 30 seconds apart, so every length on this page is good to within about 30 seconds.
        • A connection being accepted shows that the program is listening. It cannot prove that every part of the game is working.
